"Kyp is definitly too old for Jaina. It's , like, SICK to see them together! Didn't he babysit her for cryin out loud!!"
Rebuttals:
Two words. So what? Once she is over the age of 18, which she is, it doesn't matter. I will give you two real life scenarios.
Scenario number 1: I met two friends on the internet through a TV show called the Magnificent Seven. Terry and Janie have now been married for 5 years. Janie is 25, Terry is 45. Terry was never married, never thought he would be married, until he found his soul mate in Janie. They have one beautiful son named Andy, and they are expecting their second child in October.
Scenario number 2: My own parents. When my father was graduating from High School and going into the Army, my mother wasn't even in Junior high yet. My parents are ten years apart, have been married 25 years this year, are coping with my father's battle with cancer, dealing with a bitch of an ex-wife that my father has, and my mother has had to deal with animosity from my oldest sister and my older brother because they wanted their parents to get back together and because the ex-wife spread lies. They also have dealt with a terminally ill son that they loved until the day he died at the age of 9, which was 12 years ago. They are each other's best friends and will remain as such until the day they die. And for the record, my father and his ex-wife had been divorced for almost four-five years when he and my mother met. Both were in the Army and my father had a meeting one night, asked my mother to babysit his three kids. When the meeting was cancelled, Dad got another babysitter and took Mom out on a date. 2 years later they were married.
My point? Love overcomes all obstacles, and does not know any boundaries, including age.

Haven't most of you had crushs on acters that are old enough to be your fater? I mean come on... It's natural for a young woman to be attracted to an older man, especially when most of the guys that she's around are older. Jaina wasn't exactly a 'social bug' when she was younger, more so with the Vong invasion. Give the girl a break.

Yeah, love is love. Age doesn't have much to do with it. And Jaina's in her 20's now, so she's not some impressionable young girl Kyp would be leading astray. Also, Han and Leia are 12 or so years apart, and you don't see anyone going on about how "gross" it is in ANH that she was 18 and he was 30!
